Restored

The top of this library table was repaired and large chunks of missing veneer were filled and blended in. The base which was constructed from hemlock boards was refinished. The client did not like the faux oak finish on the pillar legs. Removing the finish revealed that the pillars were wrapped in real oak veneer. The base was dyed and shellacked to compliment the tones in the walnut top. My clients now have a brand new vintage one-of-a-kind kitchen island.
